• It’s a high shopping season time of a year and our factory is experiencing a delay on production due to over amount of orders. Order needs about 7- 10 days for producing and about 2-3 weeks for delivery. Therefore, it takes minimum of 3 weeks to ship to you from the day the order was placed.
• Deadline for Christmas delivery is Dec 2, 2019. Orders placed after 2nd are at your own risk - we'll do our best to despatch in time for Christmas but don't expect miracles if you're ordering late!
• We are working around the clock to process orders quickly and despatch in time for USPS to deliver.
• Orders placed after the 15th will not ship until Dec 20th at least and will be on a first-come, first-served basis until we run out of time!
• PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for late delivery by USPS. Once we despatch, delivery is out of our hands. We will not, under any circumstances be liable for a late delivery at Christmas as this is beyond our control.
Yes you can. And you *may* get it before Christmas but it's not guaranteed. We do usually get to a few but the risk is yours. We will not accept cancellations outside our normal terms and conditions. For reasons we have explained below, we don't turn off our website after our deadline has passed and therefore it will still be possible to place an order after our deadline has passed and your order will stand.
We send fulfillment notifications when your print ships so if you haven't got that yet, your order probably hasn't shipped. Please be patient with us - lead times get longer at this time of year, despite our best efforts.
